Bike Workout: We'll do an out and back ride on the bike path. Up to 60 minutes. This is a no drop ride.  

Run Workout: Out and back on the bike path. Up to 20 minutes. 

Gear Needed: Bike, helmet, gloves, sunglasses, water bottle, bike shoes (if applicable), tire repair kit on bike, ID and emergency cash. Check Tire Pressure Friday night.

Every dollar raised directly supports year-round sports training and competition for athletes with intellectual disabilities in Massachusetts. When you raise $100 or more, you receive a Plunge Longsleeve/Crewneck! After you Plunge, head back to the changing tent and get into some dry clothes. Share your accomplishments with your donors and friends!

Gear Needed: Swimsuit, goggles, swim cap, towel, adequate pool shoes, and a change of clothes (loose and comfortable clothing is good). Showers will be available.
Course Outline: Learn good balance, streamlining, pacing and sighting skills. Learn to move through the water with less drag and more efficiency. The course will also teach the student how to swim using their whole body instead of just the arms and shoulders. Other important skills will be covered like breathing, recovery arm and the 2 beat kick. We will also be learning dryland movements and exercises. Most importantly we will have fun!!

Come to this one-hour interactive workshop, taught by Katie Lund, of BodyFix. She is a Physical Therapist, a Trained Instructor for The Foot Collective, Gait Happens Gait Guru, and Member of the Healthy Feet Alliance. You will learn the importance of foot restoration and footwear. Katie will dispel common myths surrounding supportive and restrictive shoes, orthotics, and injections vs minimal footwear. You'll learn easy exercises and mobility drills that will begin the foot restoration process, to regain strength. You will complete a balance assessment to determine current baseline and goals. There will be 30 minutes post workshop to discuss footwear recommendations and individual questions.

This will be an informal gathering, giving us a chance to connect, chat about triathlon, have some snacks, play some games, and have a great time! As you may have guessed, Tackle Box has a large selection of craft brewed beers and hard seltzers, but they also have lots of games! Come test your skills against other triathletes in a game of pool, foosball, darts, ping pong, corn hole and more. Come mingle and have a fun and memorable time getting to know what Dreamfar is all about, or catching up with teammates.

Brian Hughes, Owner of Fast Splits triathlon store, has graciously invited the team for a clinic regarding all things wetsuit related, sizing, purchasing, care, etc.  Brian is a multi time national champion and has raced at all levels of Triathlon, Cyclecross and Mountain biking.  He is an experienced, triathlete, cyclist, bike fitter, and bike mechanic. Following the clinic, you can ask any other triathlon/cycling related questions.
