It's easy to get derailed from regular training during the off season and the winter. One way to help get into a regular routine is to have community support! You're invited to join the DT Winter Fitness Challenge.
What's the goal of the challenge? To get 30 minutes of movement (swim, bike, run, walk, strength training, hiking, skiing, yoga etc) every day for the month of January. If you miss a day or two, no worries, just get back on track. The idea is to use our awesome community to support each other to stay active in the winter months, so we are raring to go when the season starts. Post something about your daily activities in the Facebook group below to stay motivated, and encourage others! Let's do this! This isn't a DT exclusive challenge, the more the merrier, so invite family, friends, neighbors!

We have been invited to serve at the FFP. The pantry serves about 225 families each month and is staffed entirely by volunteers. Workers can serve up front, interacting with clients as they “shop” for food. Those who speak Spanish, Portuguese, or Russian will find those skills especially helpful. Those who like to schlepp can serve in the stockroom, sorting donations and bringing up bulk food items for distribution. We will go out for lunch to a nearby Brazilian restaurant (Terra Brasilis) afterward.
